For rooms with consecutive stays, cleaning will be done once every three days. For example, if you check in on Monday, the next cleaning day will be Thursday.Please note that towels and trash bins will be replaced daily.
If you do not require towel or trash bin replacement, please place the “No Cleaning Needed” sign on your door. Thank you for your understanding.

As a general rule, guests without a room reservation are not permitted to enter guest rooms. Please use the second-floor lobby for meetings.

Yes, hotel staff are available 24/7. In case of emergencies, our staff will be there to assist you.

Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. Please use the nearby coin-operated parking lots.

It takes about 12 minutes on foot from Imadegawa Station on the Karasuma Subway Line, heading west along Imadegawa Dori.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Room extensions are not available.

Yes, it is possible. If your check-in time is after 9:00 PM, please kindly inform the hotel in advance.

Yes, you can use the baggage room next to the front desk. Please note that space is limited, so kindly consult the front desk if you wish to use it. We may not be able to accept items such as valuables, fragile items, perishables, hazardous materials, or items with strong odors, depending on their nature. Additionally, there may be other reasons we are unable to store certain items, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

Early check-in may be available depending on the situation, for an additional fee of 1,500 yen (tax included) per hour. Please contact the front desk for more details.

Children under 6 years old can sleep in the same bed as an adult at no extra charge. However, if the child requires their own bed or is 6 years old or older, they will be charged the same rate as an adult. Please note that no towels, pillows, or other amenities will be provided for children sleeping in the same bed, so please make sure to bring your own.

For guests under 8 years old, a consent form from a parent or guardian is required. Please send the form in advance to the hotel’s email address: info@en.kyoto-pleasanthotel.com.

The Twin room accommodates up to 2 guests, and the Family Room accommodates up to 3 guests.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, depending on the availability on the day, we may not be able to fulfill the request. Thank you for your understanding.

For valuable items, we will notify you as soon as they are found. If we cannot reach you, the item will be kept at the hotel for 7 days and then handed over to the police on the 8th day. Food and beverages will be discarded immediately for hygiene reasons and will not be kept. Other items will be stored for 14 days, and after the 15th day, they will be disposed of. (No notification will be sent from the hotel for non-valuable items.)

Generally, entry and exit are free. However, for security reasons, the main entrance is locked from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Guests can notify the front desk using the mobile intercom located next to the entrance.

We provide “samue” (traditional Japanese garments) for use in the guest room. Please feel free to pick your preferred color from the amenity bar located next to the front desk. Unfortunately, we do not have nightwear available for children, so we kindly ask that you bring your own from home.

For each room, a maximum of 2 keys are provided. If only one guest is staying, 1 key will be given.

You can book activities in advance through our website, or you can also make reservations on the day using our in-house app.

The Pop Culture Park is a second-floor area where you can enjoy games, comics, all-you-can-drink options, and Noodle Tours (ramen) while staying at the hotel. After paying the entrance fee of 1,500 yen per person per day, you can use the space as much as you like during your stay. This service is exclusively available for hotel guests.

You can enter the Pop Culture Park using a smart lock passcode. The passcode will be sent to your smartphone once you have made your reservation.

For safety reasons, bringing your own manga or games is not allowed. Please enjoy them in the designated areas.

Noodle Tours offers the taste of famous ramen restaurants through a frozen vending machine. You can enjoy a high-quality ramen experience by heating the noodles and soup in the eat-in space, and it tastes as fresh as if it were not frozen. (Paid service)

Yes, there is a microwave available in the eat-in space on the 2nd floor.

The rental rooms allow you to book one of four uniquely themed rooms for private use (paid service). These rooms include a video streaming studio, eSports room, kids’ room, and board game room. Each room also comes with an all-you-can-drink service.

Yes, we do. It’s smoother to make a reservation in advance via the website, but reservations are also available during your stay.

We don’t offer rentals at the hotel, but we can recommend kimono rental shops within walking distance. We also provide free rental of traditional umbrellas for rainy days.

Unfortunately, we do not have stroller rentals available.

We offer a comprehensive guidebook featuring dining spots and attractions within a 1km radius of the hotel, available for our guests. You can also find additional information on nearby sightseeing and restaurants through our website and in-house app. Feel free to use these resources to explore the area!

Please call the hotel beforehand and provide the following information:

Name of the person with the reservation (guest)
Name of the sender
Details and quantity of the items being sent
Make sure to use the name of the guest with the reservation when sending the package. If the name on the package does not match the reservation name, the hotel will refuse to accept it for security reasons.

Additionally, due to limited cloakroom space, please arrange for the delivery to arrive the day before your stay. Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments are not accepted.

Deliveries can be picked up at the front desk. To prevent any issues, direct deliveries to guest rooms are strictly prohibited.

The hotel has staff on site 24 hours a day, and security cameras monitor the premises around the clock. The hotel is locked at night, ensuring that external individuals cannot enter.
